FAQ

GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q. Do you sell worldwide? There are only 5 currencies I can choose from....

A: Yes we do ship worldwide! When you pay, you will checkout using CAD at the most current exchange rate to your local currency. 

 

Q. Some of your products say "pcs" and some say "set". What's the difference?

A. Pcs stands for pieces, as in you will receive 3 identical items (same color/style/variation) if it says (3 pcs).

Set, as in an entire "set" or "collection" of items, therefore you will receive all of the different colors/styles/variations as shown in the pictures. 

If you are ever unsure of what items you will receive, click the bottom right mail icon!

 

Q. When I'm on a product page and I'm trying to select a different color, I can't click it!

A. This means that the specific color you want is sold out. Sorry about that! 

 

Q. I can't tell which product color I am choosing from the photos! 

A. Make sure you go through all the photos of the product. In many cases, the last photo usually identifies which color corresponds to which product. If all else fails, please contact us! 

 

Q. When I click "Add to Cart" nothing happens...

A. This is not a bug! This means that the product is sold out :( 

 

Q. When will product AAA be back in stock?

A.  Products can restock at random times but they might never be in stock again too. We try our best but it is mostly based on demand! If anything, send us a message so we know that you really want a certain product!

A. Free shipping worldwide on any order you place! Your order can be as low as $0.01 and we'll still ship it for free anywhere to the world! 

 

Q. Summarize your return policy! I hate reading!

A. If you are not satisfied with your order (whether you want a refund or exchange), please go to doruya.myreturnscenter.com. Please do this within 60 days of purchase and note that every situation will be different, however we will do our best to accommodate you. Sale items are FINAL SALE!  

 

Q. Is a tracking number included? 

A. YES!

 

Q. HELP! My order never arrived!

A. Check your confirmation email for a tracking number. If it does not work or if you never received one, please send an email to doruyashop@gmail.com, tell us what you ordered and your order number, and we will solve this. 

 

Q. My order arrived incomplete or damaged...

A. Please do not panic! Go straight to https://doruya.myreturnscenter.com/ and we will help you! 

 

Q. How long is shipping?

A. Shipping can (usually) take anywhere from 9 to 29 business days. We hope this is understandable as shipping is free (no minimums), tracked (so you always know the status of your product), and all our products are very affordable~
