Pcs stands for pieces, as in you will receive 3 identical items (same color/style/variation) if it says (3 pcs).
Set, as in an entire "set" or "collection" of items, therefore you will receive all of the different colors/styles/variations as shown in the pictures.

Make sure you go through all the photos of the product. In many cases, the last photo usually identifies which color corresponds to which product. If all else fails, please contact us!
Products can restock at random times but they might never be in stock again too. We try our best but it is mostly based on demand! If anything, send us a message so we know that you really want a certain product!
If you are not satisfied with your order (whether you want a refund or exchange), please go to doruya.myreturnscenter.com. Please do this within 60 days of purchase and note that every situation will be different, however we will do our best to accommodate you. Sale items are FINAL SALE!
Check your confirmation email for a tracking number. If it does not work or if you never received one, please send an email to doruyashop@gmail.com, tell us what you ordered and your order number, and we will solve this.
Shipping can (usually) take anywhere from 9 to 29 business days. We hope this is understandable as shipping is free (no minimums), tracked (so you always know the status of your product), and all our products are very affordable~
